How effective are these in helping during hair transplants. The additional costs for each are insane.

CRP im being told is like PRP but 6x more concentrated.

It is my understanding that CRP, or Cytokine Rich Plasma, is an "improved" version of PRP, with the contrasting difference being the removal of red blood cells and a higher concentration of growth factors.

Before you invest a large sum of money into CRP or PRP, consider this: Every time PRP has been investigated in a high quality, controlled experiment as a monotherapy, the results have been lackluster. In fact, meta-analysis of PRP in conjuncture with other proven treatments has shown PRP is outworked and insignificant in comparison to the far more affordable FDA-approved minoxidil or finasteride treatments. Unfortunately, unethical doctors will tout its importance because the profit ratio clinics collect from each PRP session greatly outmatches writing a year's prescription of a proven treatment. Ethical doctors, like those that run the Hair Loss Show, have spoken about it before, and one of the doctors mentioned that the actual process of needling the scalp may be what is producing the minimal PRP results to begin with, not the actual serum.

Knowing how suspect PRP is, I personally do not think CRP would be worth its price after knowing the simple needling could possibly be doing the heavy lifting in these serum-separation procedures.
