How effective is Ru58841?

I currently use minoxidil twice daily, nizoral and caffeine shampoo twice weekly and topical cetirizine once a day. I had good results from this but it wasn't enough and the hair started too thin again. I tried Finasteride but got side effects so I heard about Ru58841 and that it can work as well as finasteride but with lower risk of side effects due to it being applied topically. Does this treatment work well or will I still need to carry on looking for something to prevent further hairloss?

It's good, it works as well as finasterade but maybe even better at higher doses.
