I`m 24 yo and since the age of 22 I have noticed some hair loss, but nothing major. But 4 months ago it started falling way more and made me worry about it. I can`t say that i`m living the best moment of my life since i`m unemployed, with no perspective regarding my professional life, and I don`t know if maybe that is what is causing the increased fall, because I am really worried about it.

On other aspects my life is good, I have a beautiful gf that loves me, a loving and supporting family and good friends.

Vanity wise becoming bald affects me a bit, but not so much, tbh I think i`ll look pretty badass when bald, lol. What worries me the most is the fact that I feel that my youth is being taken from me. People usually say that I look older than my age.

I`m starting to think about taking finasteride, but I`m afraid of the side effects. Any tips? Here are some pics of me:

Idk, hard to place you but on this scale it looks like you may be a NW2A (dont pay attention to the graft count) -

I definitely see what looks like some temple recession but I'm terrible at judging if a hairline is receded/receding. hard to tell sometimes if they've always had a high hairline or there is actual recession.

It is receding for sure. When washing my face the I had to be careful cause the tip of my fingers would touch my hairline, but it doesnt anymore. Also I have a scar on my left temple that used to be covered by my hair and now it shows.

Not bad, maybe about NW2. Jump on finasteride NOW and do not "consider it". You will regret it. If you get on it now, you should be able to maintain your current hair for at least 5 years.

Goodluck.
