How fast do Propecia side effects occur

I just started Propecia yesterday. I am not sure if I am just overly worried or if I am experiencing weaker and less frequent erections. Does anyone know how fast the side effects occur? Is it possible to feel the side effects in just one day?

Yes, I definitely read about the side effects. I am wondering if people who have actually experienced the sexual side effects experienced them immediately or after some time.

If it was after some time then clearly I'm just doing this to myself.

Try to :jackit: and see how it works for you...

If you can keep an erection and ejaculate normally, then everything is OK.

When I took propecia, I knew after a few hours that there was something different with me. The sexual side effects are felt more in a few days time, keeping an erection becomes harder, the ejaculation is different, etc... You'll know when it happens.

Hm, i did not notice any side effects until month 4. But that was a pretty harsh one, gynecomastia. So if your dick works for the first months it doesn't mean you won't get side effects.

The best is to just start it and stay away from the internet boards.

Again I suggest that if anyone thinks he's having a fairly quick "side effect" from Propecia (like within only a few hours after taking it), he needs to do a blind, placebo-controlled test on himself to prove it more conclusively. If _I_ thought I were having such an effect, you can bet your sweet *** that I'd test myself in a hurry! :)

I experienced ED while masturbating (couldnt get it up, or stay hard whereas normally it sprung to action on its own and used to be rock solid), a big loss of libido (wasnt getting turned on looking at p**rn anymore), beginnings of genital numbness (nerves in penile tissues were tingling, like they were dying), and massive decrease in ejaculate volume and force after only 3 days. This continued the longer I stayed on.

If you're prone to getting side effects right off the bat, you'll know it. You'll need to make a decision wether to continue either way if that's the case.
