How fast do you shed once you start propecia?

How long after starting it does one shed?

I was taking 1 mg twice a day and then lowered it to 1 mg a day.

I noticed an increase in shedding a few weeks after starting, but it has leveled off. I wouldn't take more than 1.25mg or 1mg of finasteride per day.

if i were to stop finasteride would the shedding that occurred have caused permanent hair loss?

also if i was taking 1mg twice a day for a while would the hair shedding be worse? also where would the hair shedding be?
