How many mg of spironolactone should I take to achieve antiandrogenic effects? And how long does it takes spironolactone to kick in?

So i currently take 200mg, 100 mg in the morning and 100 in the evening. I also use 5% minoxidil daily in the evening and 0.5mg of dutasteride EOD, and 1.25 mg of finasteride EOD. So guys is 200mg of spironolactone enough?

That is high, are you a transgender? 200mg oral sprionolactone alone is strong enough!
