1x a day, it's as simple as that. Don't overanalyze something as trifling as how often you wash your hair. Save washing your hair 10x a day everyday, it isn't going affect male pattern baldness either way.

Actually if you are using Nizoral, Zinc Shampoo, and t-gel washing hair at least once a day is favorable.

I also shampoo once a day. No reason to get crazy.

I shampoo about 10 times a week. Only 2 use Nizoral. another 5 use t-sal or t-gel. The other 3 are usually just a regular shampoo after I get home from the gym.

I shampoo in the morning and night when I shower, I feel like crap if I dont. The Propecia individuals were instructed to wash their hair at least once a day with T-Gel so I cant see any problems with this.
