How Many Years Would You Give To Never Worry About Hairloss?

If you could give up any number of years of your life in order to be nw1 or nw2 (whatever Norwood and thickness you choose) for life and never even think about hairloss, how many years would you give at max?

For example lets say you were to die at age 70 and you give up 5 years which makes you die at 65 instead but you never have to go through the stress of hairloss.

For my case, I would give up at max 8 years.

Take all but 5-10 if I can look like a normal human being again. Not living as it is anyway

I am old now. So I don’t care.
However, when I was in my twenties I would have preferred dying NW1 at 50 rather than NW7 at 90.
Nonetheless it would have been a mistake, because:
- transplants gave me a NW3 in the end
- I had many girlfriends despite the shitty hair.

Again: I despise baldness and I despise my bald genes. But, jn the end, baldness will not define you if you tackle it with drugs and hair transplant and a smart hair cut.

Thats nice to hear. Yeah as of right now I would also take the first deal you said because im early in the hairloss fight and am only 21 right now but I guess as you get older your perspective about these things change.

Some months ago I went to a rock concert. Many in the audience were men or ugly broads. The only two hot women were with NW4 men. These men were lean, had a tan and had a buzz cut. But they were the only ones with a hot girlfriend.

I don’t know why this happens. I mean: girls liking bald men. Yet, hair loss is not a death sentence and it would be a shame to give up years of your life to avoid it.

I know: many will think “meh, I don’t care for women, I want to have hair for myself.” Think again. Women (or men if you are gay) are the most important thing. Forget about the mirror and get out of the house even when you think you suck, is my humble suggestion.

Honestly some of us are too bald for drugs/transplants to fix, have other deformities (in my case a basically untreatable type of mandibular occlusion, birthmarks, etc) and/or have more traditional views on relationships that become less viable the older you get. I learned in my relationships when I had hair that I'm not interested in modern views on sex and relationships and my values are incompatible. I would rather be alone than take part in this type of culture and I'm sure I will get just that.

have other deformities
Well I am very sorry for this.
However, we are discussing hairloss in this thread. Of course there are ailments that will totally destroy your capacity to attract people.

I've seen this question asked a few times on this forum. I think the question needs to be rephrased and take it even further:
how short of a life span are you willing to have if you could become 20 again and get to choose however you want to look
obviously you can't keep your current memory so can't have that "invest in apple, google and bitcoin" BS lol and the same family upbringing and personality of course :p

somehow i suspect some if not most of us will end up with a different sets of problems that we obsess over. grass always seems greener on the other side.

If I could have stayed as youthful looking as my brother with his head of hair, Id prob go at 50-55. The genes I got in the family all seem to die early anyway so whatever. I get hairloss and heart issues! YAY!
Now do you get to know about it to? Cause so long as I know Im kicking the bucket Id be sure to not spend my life working as well.

The things I mentioned are not rare conditions though, lots of average guys have traits like these or others that combined with balding result in the straw breaking the camel's back in terms of attractiveness

If they are years from the back end of my life...then I'd gladly live until age 35 with a full head of hair. There is even room for negotiation there all the way down to 28, I'd say. I'd give anything to be mid 20s with a full head of hair for 3 years. If I could just have that, I'd gladly die at the end. Hell I have been thinking of going recently at my age. So we never know; these ages may be higher than what I see in reality. In fact, if somebody sat me down after those 3 years and explain that I was on "bought time" and that the 30+ version of myself chose to turn back time and make this deal, I'd be totally fine with it and ready to go. Hair loss ruins lives. 1 year of enjoying yourself with hair is worth at least 20 being bald. Living your mid 20s as a NW1 and then going is not such a bad deal at all compared to losing your hair, having your life ruined and actually hoping for it all to end. That's my opinion.

0 life with no hair is still worth living.
And imagine you made the devils deal and a year later the cure is released.
You would spend more time regretting than you do now worring about hair.

I'd give up like max 20 years, my family lives long so maybe I'd die in my mid 60's. The way I see it after 70 you become too old to enjoy life the way you used to. Not saying old people don't enjoy life but when you're old you can't keep living the bachelor lifestyle. Unless you want a golddigger.
