How much & how often to use Folligen spray?

I use it after showers, each night.. but I think it is causing me irritation. I think I am using it too much and applying too much.

I have no visible bald spots yet, crown/vertex thinning.. and I think the stuff is good and improves the health of skin, so I want to use it forever just not sure what amount and how often to use it ...

Anybody got a clue?

the Dr. said to use one spray at most at first...

That's not gonna even reach my scalp I still have hair on my crown.

I spray it up-close to my hair, so that it gets watery-ish and I can actually feel it on my scalp. It usually takes a few good sprays to do this.

I added some water to the 3/4 full bottle.. spring water, so now I have a full bottle again

But one spray will not cut it, that is only gonna get on my hair and I want it on my scalp.

Maybe instead of using it every night, I'll do it every other night ?

Perhaps you need to dilute it more, that way you could still use it everyday and get even scalp distribution just less intense.
