I know you're not supposed to clean your hair with shampoo every day, but:

A) Why is that?
B) How often is good?
C) What should I do to block DHT in my scalp on the days I don't use the shampoo?

A.) Strips natural oils from your scalp causing your scalp to dry out and contributing to your hair loss.

B.) 2-3 times per week. If you must wash every day then rotate with a gentle, all-natural shampoo

C.) Topical DHT inhibitor that sits on your scalp for several hours. You get the best effect from these type of DHT inhibitors. DHT shampoos only get rid of scalp DHT. Topical DHT inhibitors usually get to the root(where most of the DHT accumulates) depending on if they use an effective transdermal delivery system or not.

Shampoo's won't help that much anyway. Use a regular shampoo if you're not using the keto stuff. (not that thing you found on amazon ;) ).

I heard H&S w. Zinc is good.
