How often to use Nizoral???

I wanted to ask how often is best to use Nizoral for those of us on the "Big Three." The informational articles on the main site recommend only once every 3 days. But everyone on the forum seems to use it every day or almost every day..atleast every other day. Why are so many of you guys using it more often than 3x per week and are there risks associated with taking it more often?
Searching this issue did not bring up a lot helpful answers so I thought I'd ask. Thanks,

I think it depends on the strength of the Nizoral you're using. It seems like most on here do every other day with the 2% or every day with the 1%. And I think the spreading out of the usage is mainly because it can cause scalp dryness and irritation. Maybe someone will correct me.

I use 1% everyday. Mostly because I have to travel light so I cant lug extra shampoo and also because I like how it makes my hair look.

2% every day.Reason - ketoconazole slightly inhibits DHT.
