How soon can you begin using Toppik or Nanogen after hair transplant?

I had a hair transplant one month ago. I'The hair in the grafts have not fallen out yet. So is it advisable to begin using a concealer like Nanogen yet or should I wait longer. Do these concealers aggravate the new grafts? My doctor says go ahead but others
( some former hair transplant patients ) have advised against it saying it will irritate the grafts. What do you think?

Also, how much shock loss from a hair transplant is typical? What would be a range of the loss?

I'd say your fine to use concealers a few weeks.
