If you were taking it for two years, then stopped, how long before it would be noticeable?
I know the FDA graph shows you return to baseline in a year. But it does not show when the drop happened and how sudden it was. Just wondering: if you take real finasteride for a few years or more, and then get some fakes for a while, would you know in time to get the real stuff again before some real damage was done?
I take generic stuff that is cheap. My hair looks great, I think. So I guess that means it is real. It has been 5 years, and the first two were on real proscar from my doctor. So I guess I would have noticed a shed if my pills were fake.
Anyone here had good results and quit for some months, only to realize you made a mistake and got back on? Or anyone get gyno after a year and have to get off?
