I'm interested in measuring my DHT levels to look at how a certain intervention will affect them, but I don't know how variable they are day to day, week to week. Do they vary a lot naturally? Is a single measurement before and a single after sufficient to detect a change or does the level vary too much naturally such that multiple pre-intervention measurements are necessary to establish a range or an average so that I know whether a post-intervention change is due to the intervention or random variation?
