how to compound topical 5% spironolactone ?

so i've searched a lot and only found that with pure ethanol you can get a MAXIMUM of 2%...
now i want to make 5% ...


so does anyone have a recepie or information about spironolactone's solubility properties ?
more presicely how can i get it to 5% in a topical solution ?
