How To Deal With Hairloss Scalp Pain?

I am losing 300-400ish hairs everyday and my scalp is very sore and painful. It is keeping me up at night sometimes due to the unbearable pain and when I wash my head or apply any type of pressure to my hair it hurts even worse. I know that not all balding people get this but I know atleast some of you have experienced something similiar, how do you deal with it? Specifically, I have this big bump on the back of my head and the pain spreads from that area to the front. I am convinced that when this pain goes away the hairloss will too as all of this started at the same time. I had no pain on my scalp and no hairloss in shower (only slightly receding hairline) until like 4 months ago and I already lost so much density... wtf is this. Nobody I know with male pattern baldness has this same issue.

Any advice?

Currently im using:
0.5mg finasteride everyday (started 8 days ago)
nizoral shampoo twice a week
Vit D3
Multivitamin
Biotin
