how to eliminate the sexual sides from finasteride or beta sito

is there a supplement to take to lower the sexual sides from taking finasteride or beta sitosterol? ive heard about amerex but i was wondering if there was any others. ive also heard DIM, 7-hmr lignans, or natural estrogen with pom extract might help.

I don't know if there are any side effects at all from beta sitosterol. Its anti-androgenic action is so weak you probably never notice it.

There is no way to truly kill all the side effects. Maybe lessen the effect a bit.

Where did you hear of sides from BS? Bs is not a hormone, it's just plant sterols.
