How to help small, vellus hairs grow?

I have a bunch of small, vellus hairs in my temples after 2.5 months on Dutasteride. They're past the peach fuzz stage and have my hair color and are actually longer than most vellus hairs. I just want to do the most to help them grow into full thick hairs and was wondering what the best thing to do is?

My regimen:
-Minoxidil Topical 2 times a day
-Oral Minoxidil (4 drops of liquid minoxidil) once a day
- Dutasteride 0.6mg once a day
- Finasteride 1mg once a day
- 1.5mm derma roller once a week

(Also in my regimen, but it's to help with me growing my hair out long):
- Biotin once a day
- B12 once a day

Stay patient, give this a solid 6 months and then re-assess. There isn't much more that you can do beyond dutasteride and oral minoxidil without transitioning. Pretty much leaves RU and a few other experimental things. Stay the course and keep us updated every couple months.

6 months seems like a long time from now but I'm excited I already have results this quickly! And I really don't want to keep spending more money on monthly prescriptions. If the current regimen works, I'll stick to it. If I start to lose my results in any way, I'll look more into RU. I'll see y'all again in a month or couple months!

Most struggle to maintain, so even the slightest amount of regrowth is a great sign of your hair's longevity. Happy for you and hope it continues to grow!
