How to make topical flutamide?

I am a newbie.
I came across this drug flutamide while surfing through this site.
Many has got benefit from the topical soln.
So,how to make a topical flutamide soln?
Is it really effective?....

its very cheap to make actually. i just bought 20 grams of flut and will be making a gel base topical

Actually I live in India....Flutamide is available only in tablet forms here...
I need a proper vehicle to administer it topically.....(like ethanol/propyl glycol....)

Flutamide is quite instable when in solution.This is probably the reason why it never got popular.Anyway we now have RU which is the better antiandrogen for topical use.
