How To Shampoo???

I am new to the site and read a few articles on proper shampooing.
Currently I apply 5% minoxidil with Tretinoin four times a day. I take 320mg of Saw Palmetto a day and some other hair growing stuff like Bioton etc... I use Nizoral 1% every three days and was wondering what to use in between the Nizoral??? I read taht some use Nano? But I don't know where to get this others use T/Gel.

Could someone please outline a good shampooing reigme for me? One that is fairly easy to follow and obtain-like at the drugstore.

I use Nutrogena T/Sal for the off days and I think it's great. It's available at any major drug store or supermarket.

wet hair add shampoo, work to lather, rinse and repeat.

Thats funny but I was talking about products and frequency???? Aren't Nizoral and T/gel the same types of Shampoo????

Both anti dandruff, but very different actions to attack it.
