How to tell if its dodgy foam?

i recently ordered some rogaine foam from an ebayer i havent used before and when it arrived it was already opened. It may have just been a customs check but i was wondering if anybody knew of anyway you could tell if it was genuine rogaine foam or not? I can't email pfizer to ask them because i dont live in the US...

the seal on top of the package that contains the 3 bottles that you normally have to break was already broken

I buy mine from here: http://stores.ebay.com.au/WOWthatwasCHEAP after the seller was recommended here by another member.

4 months worth.

Admittedly I only purchased once (first time), however the box containing the 4 bottles was not really closed properly so I could just remove the lid without tearing off the tab... so its either a common occurrence or we both got rooted.

Mine wasnt sealed either when I recieved it, but ive gotten some (not much) results from the foam so mine definatly wasnt fake
