How to tell if my front forlock has moved back without a mole for reference? Help

so I keep my hair 4+ inches for reverence’s

Would there be a bunch of smaller hairs like .5 inch infront my forelock if my forlock moved back

In other words is it possible there could have been hair where I circled 1-2 years ago? Or would there be some remenece/ clue/ indicator that hair was there a year ago?

I have no clue if my front forlock has moved back(the very front of my hair in the middle)

would there 100% be some remence/trace of hair where I circled if I had hair there a year ago?

Another very close up.

I can actually see little/ VERY tinny hairs in this one infront the forlock.. but wouldn’t they be longer if I had hair there last year? And doesn’t most people have this?
