How to thicken individual hair strands?

Is there a product out there that thickens individual hair strands? The diameter of my hair is way to thin. I have come across some articles online about how copper peptide helps in thickening hair. Anyone has a personal experience with a product out there that helps to grow thicker hair?
I just want to point out that I have been on Avodart for 8 months now and on RU58841 and Regenepure dr for 10 days. I want to add something that thickens my hair.

Oral minoxidil can increase hair diameter, you could try that. 1.25-2.5mg a day is decently safe, and has higher response rate than topical.

That would require a prescription, right? Is there a there a way to get it online without prescription?

Well, that depends on the country. There is no minoxidil in mine at all. You could get it from Asia for cheap I guess. I think thailandpharmacy was the most popular source for people here, but they dont sell right now due to Covid. Just type minoxidil 5/10mg in web browser and you can find it yourself.

If thailandpharmacy it is popular among people here then it must be reliable. I will wait for it to reopen. I don't think I will go with any website that comes in my google search. Can't trust any source.
