Hi brothers, I need help.

Males on my mothers family lost all hair by 20 very fast, I'm 20 and losing it everywhere, hair simultaneously thinning like my ego.

I've been going on minoxidil from january2010-july2010, and propecia 0.25mg since march2010.

Problems:
I did regain a bit hair or at least stop the shedding, but it started again at the end of the summer, probably for not using minoxidil.

My right ball hurts.

My dick feels weird sometimes, to diffuse to concretely blame propecia.

What to do until some magic cure pops out on the market? I'm guessing 2 years period, give me some hope if you got info :).

Should I keep minoxidil on? I want to get of propecia before I'll cry in regret, alternatives?
I just read about S5 cream. I've updated myself badly so I don't know what up, debrief me please.

Nizoral shampoo, is it significant for real? I live in sweden, they got fungoral, with the same active ingredient, but I've read that it gives dry hair. Where to buy it?

Love.

Fungoral is excactly the same as 2% Nizoral. It can dry your hair and scalp. Just cut down on the exposure time if that happens. I've been using it every day for a year now. 1-4 minutes, depending on seborrheic dermatitis symptoms. It maintains a healthy scalp, and makes my hair look better.

If I were you, I´d upped the dose to 1mg propecia, and waited a couple of months to see if the side effects went away. Most of the times they do.

If not, you could check out spironolactone or fluridil. I know that Monty (another user on this board) started fluridil after quitting dutasteride, and apparently it´s going quite well.

Any shampo with ketoconazole will do. I think that fungoral is the european brand name for nizoral, and if you start out with once or twice a week, it´s not going to give you any problems. IMO ketoconazole is a must; scalp feels totally clean, and it may thicken your hair a little.
