How To Use Dermaroller And How Often?

Hi Guys,
I'm on norwood 3 vertex... and my question is how to use dermaroller and how often do I need to use it? I have 0.5 mm, do I need another one? I'm getting confusing answers searching online.

You can pretty much use 0.5 daily but it will only help with absorption of minoxidil or other topicals.
