How to use Tricomin?

Okay, I got Tricomin but I don't know how to use it. it's written on the back of the bottle apply it on your hair??!! This's really very helpful info. because otherwise I might drink it .

how to apply it?? and where?? all my hair, thinning areas (top of my head) or the bald areas (temples in my case)??
also how many times per day?? and how can I use it with minoxidil??

and how many sprays I should use per time?

i use a small amount twice a day which is probably overkill. some people on here use it once every other day. Yes, apply it to the damaged/diffuse/balding areas. you get a feel for how much is needed after your first couple of goes. it shouldn't be so much that it runs down your neck or face.

spray into your eyeball for maximum effects, tho

I usually do a good 10 spritzes before bed - folowed by an emu oil application.

I forget exactly - but I think you're supposed to keep it at least 1 hour away from your minoxidil application.
