How to wean myself off dutasteride? - To reduce likelyhood of sides

I don't intend on doing this yet, but it's just for future reference if i wan't children and obviously need to be completely dutasteride free at that time.

From research i know of the Post Finasteride Syndrome, so I can guess that there would/should be a worse effect from quitting Dutasteride, so what i'm looking for is how long to go through a 'weaning' stage of dutasteride, rather than quitting it completely, hopefully to minimize the likelyhood of getting the syndrome by reintroducing my body to DHT a bit at a time.

I took a 5 day break off dutasteride not long ago and seemed to get incredibly frisky, so going from ED to 1 a week is too much of a gap in such a short amount of time.

I was thinking something along the lines of this:

Every Day - then;
5 a week for 2 weeks - then;
4 a week for 2 weeks
3 for 3 weeks
2 for 3 weeks
1 for 2 weeks

If anyone has any info about this i'd appreciate some reference points, or any advice off anyone?

tl;dr - Instead of quitting straight off I'll wean myself off dutasteride - How?

Edit:

Btw, I understand that after taking the last pill i'd still have to wait 6 months or more until trying for a baby, to let the dutasteride completely leave my system.

Dutasteride has a half life of 5 weeks... You don't taper off... You quit, and the drug will be out of your system half a year later or something like that. You only risk secondary hypogonadism if you quit because of side effects.

Dutasteride is a very potent drug, much more potent than finasteride. "PFS" is in short, secondary hypogonadism, offset by DHT deficiency and elevated estrogen level. Therefore, you've nothing to worry about if you don't have any side effects.
