How would your life be today if you NEVER experienced hair loss?

Let's say you never experienced any hair loss

Would your life have turned out different until this point?

I think the response here OP would be unanimous,

Yes absolutely life would be different w/o hair loss.

Freer movement equals broader access to opportunities, which helps develop and defines one's own individuality, both personally and interpersonally.

Without hair loss I would have presumably made less calculated risks socially and professionally.

My recreational activities would not be as deliberate and/or uninhibited either and consequentially lead to even more ambitious interests.

More importantly I believe my overall sense of wellbeing would be markedly improved,

which is equivocally one basic element that is so essential to every successful person's life.

This general impression of a life experience without hair loss comes across overly positive even to my own ears, until I am reminded quickly that I am comparing reality
with a fictitious narrative, hence the preponderance of my optimism.

The truth is, for better or worse life would be very different, with my identity fully intact, life experience would be ever more rewarding,
and yes of course.., delightfully much more dangerous.

Maybe at the begin when it first started but i still had some hair, i accepted it during the time it looked obvious i had hairloss, i met my best friends during the time of my hairloss, so i would still be the same.

I can not even put into words how much of a relief it would be to not have to deal with this **** everyday. It's fooking exhausting!

I'd be a lot more confident, I'd have more money without regular doctor appoointments for prescriptions, proscar fees, minoxidil fees, nizoral fees, and my upcoming hair transplant fee, flights etc. The money really is a minor concern though. I'd probably have more or less the same friends, same job, be living in the same place... I may have more friends, have had more girlfriends, more fun, but I still have fun, a few girlfriends and some friends so hair loss hasn't ruined my life, yet, it's just put a damper on things and makes me a bit depressed, anzious or self conscious sometimes, as well as less attractive than I might otherwise be.

I would have taken more risks and would have engaged in more outdoor stuff. Even though I am only a Norwood 2.5 when my hair is styled right and is dry, it looks like absolute crap when there is wind or when it is exposed to some amount of water. It has been this way for the last 8 years. I would certainly be better off financially and in terms of my relationships had it not been for pattern hair loss. I blame early onset of hair loss for my bad grades in school & college and the subsequent mediocre career that I have made for myself.

Life goes on
When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

But you barely have any hair loss though. I highly doubt anyone would notice it. If you were an NW6 or something, it would be very very different.

I would have kept singing and I would have transitioned sooner. Probably would have stayed on track in school and already had my doctorate. My entire life would be quite different actually, I would literally be like an entirely different person without hair loss.

Yeah that's the problem, hair loss can't simply be bull****ted away.
Try all we want our skin does not get any tougher over time, as a matter of fact it usually gets thinner.

No I could never pretend my hair loss did not adversely affect me.
It's almost like insisting I don't mind the person who is talking smack about you at the work place and just to prove it to myself/others, I spontaneously recommend them a promotion.

If I never suffered from hair loss I would be banging so many hotties that any woman less than a 10 would not be enough to give me an erection. I would end up with ED due to a low supply of perfect 10's. I'm on finasteride so I guess the end result would still be the same.

Hahaha..yeah, his whole "when the going gets tough" quote really made me laugh. And he has barely any noticeable hair loss you say? I haven't bothered to look at this guys pictures because I figure if a guy is already effected enough to join this forum AND hang around this section, then he is obviously psychologically effected by his hair loss already.

I wish him all the best by having such faith in very a well worn cliche. But this thing (hair loss) has a very good way of messin with our minds with every norwood we enter.
We get VERY good at obsessing about our hair, and it wears your *** down.

I never thought that 23 would feel (and look) as old as it does.

If I still had my epic hair life would just be the same as when I was 17, because I feel just as youthful otherwise. Unfortunately, I'm behind the curb already, looks-wise, in the sub-25 age group. There are 30 year olds who look better than me.

Yeah, and...? What's your point? I was a NW5 at 20. I've only recovered my hair in the last 8-9 months. That doesn't just instantly make all of the **** that happened in the last 7-8 years since I've been balding go away.

I personally do not think my life would be a whole lot different without hair loss, it would be one less issue to deal with however.

Then my life would be near-perfect due to increased confidence and not having to spend so much time and effort researching and worrying about hair progress, side effects, cures, scams, etc.

I would definitely be more confident and be with this gal I like a lot that I see on a regular basis.I would do a physique competition(yes it takes more than a good body to win). It would feel great not worrying about my hair every waking minute.Swimming, people touching it,and wind would not be a problem.
But I guess I still am Gonna go for the girl and my dreams and positive that my hair makes a comeback
