Usually when I wake up in the morning i can count about 20-30 hairs on my pillow. This morning I counted about 15, high but a lot better than before. Also when I woke up my hair condition seemed to be really good. Usually in the morning my hair is really oily, flat and thin. Today it was a little oily, but it had some volume to it. The dandruff from minoxidil is still a problem though.

Good to hear :) Work hard on not letting your days be dictated by personal arbitrary hair counts every morning, or hair quality. Treating hair loss is a very long process and there will be weeks of what seems like no progress or negative progress, combined with days and weeks of *seemingly* great progress and great hair quality.

Best thing to do is really focus on the studies for the treatments you're on (assuming you're on treatments that have studies) and evaluate your progress in intervals of 3-6 months if at all possible. Also, take several high quality baseline photos of your hair and keep them in a safe place so that you can evaluate yourself over time.

I can't count the # of times those baseline photos put out an alarm in my mind on days I thought for sure my hair looked worse than it ever had. The mind plays tricks on you sometimes, and those photos will help you keep your perspective.

Good Luck
