Hyperandrogenism - Help To Solve My Problem With

Hey guys, at the point I'm pretty sure I have hyperandrogenism after a few weeks on finasteride. Whereas I believe my original cause do hairloss to be telogen effluvium. My hair scalp is very oily as never before and the scalp pain is completely unbearable. What can I do to get rid of hyperandrogenism? I would appreciate any help I can get

Ok but really, how can you start finasteride without visiting a dermatologist first? Go and get your hair checked, then come back.
