My doctor says that finasteride and dutasteride cause hypertrophy of salivary glands. I cant discuss with him because he is the doctor but i cant find any mention of this in the web and i think it should be written as a side effect in the leaflet..so i would ask if anyone notice this side effect or know something about that?
