About three or 4 weeks ago I noticed that I was losing lots of hair in the bath. Now over the last few days I have noticed that my hair is a little worse for wear than normal.
I have noticed that more hair has disapeared from the temples and a little further back. The hairline still looks OK, but I can see a general thinness all over the top of the head.
It's a bit scary tbh but I'll just ride it out. It's defo a result of the shed I had a few weeks ago. I hope it grows back thicker than before
