I'm into day 2 of my self imposed 10 day experiment to see how sun and salt water effect a minoxidil/nizoral treated scalp and here's what I've learned so far...

A good sunburn on the scalp doesn't help with the minoxidil induced flakes. In fact, I'm now itching far more than ever.

Any ideas? Aloe?

Aloe yes. However, some folks are allergic, so watch for immediate skin reaction.

Good luck.

That's what I want to do (but not peel). How do you tan a white as hell scalp without burning and peeling?

grant you're on vacation and still worrying about your hairloss and posting here?????????
So? What's the point? You ever spend a little time reading a magazine or watching TV while on vacation? Not every minute is fun fun fun. In fact, right now, we are taking a break for lunch after snorkeling all morning. Then we're off to Kealia for some afternoon body boarding. Then to a barbecue. I find this site interesting and fun in the same way a hobby can be. Plus, sometimes I get to give a little sh*t to a little sh*t.

I'm also catching the last few holes of the PGA. Point is, you don't have to stay glued to the computer to keep up. Although I did miss the thread that got deleted yesterday.
