I don't understand how i'm shedding like crazy on my regimen

As the title says I don't understand how i'm shedding like crazy on my regimen...

I've been on oral .5 ED dutasteride since december 2018, now un 1mg ED for at least a couple of month.

topical ru since august 2020 at 100/120 mg (used to do half AM and half PM, now i'm doing full dose AM),)

4 ml of topical minoxidil 5% (2 AM and 2 PM)

Topical estradiol gel since february 2021.

I was taking raloxifene at 60mg ED to prevent gyno, dropped it may 23 because i believed it was causing the shed.
I was also using nizoral ED leaving it on for 15/30 mins and i dropped it because i believed this was also causing the shed...

How tf is it possible to shed on dutasteride, ru, minoxidil and estradiol?!

When i started estradiol in february i shaved my head bald and saw good gains, now i'm shedding at least 200/300 hairs per day...

What i'm i supposed to do?

Save yourself a lot of money a grief - ask your doctor if there is a lotion or pill that prevents male pattern baldness.

When you started estradiol were you shedding prior?

Yes i was, but that was also during a daily nizoral usage phase, now my shed is getting much better, I'm waiting to see how thigs evolve in the following weeks/months.

current regimen:
- 1mg dutasteride daily
- 60mg topical dutasteride AM and 60mg PM
- topical spironolactone PM
- topical minoxidil AM and PM
- estradiol AM and PM (not high doses)
