I Found Topical Finasteride Without minoxidil

I mean.. I know this has been around for ages but I finally found it from a local compounding pharmacy -- if i understood correctly the finasteride can be mixed with one of the following; alcohol 70%, Propylene glycol or trichosol. Which of the 3 is less harsh on the scalp?
