I hate my double crown

I am 24 years old and have a bald double crown
my hair is quite long but the baldness at the back makes me paranoid
I am in the middle of going to see a gp as my crown area often tingles
i am definitely not going bald but the double crown is a downer and leaving me depressed
what should I do?? Also I am new to this forum
i would like to upload photos but I don't know how help would be appreciated

start finasteride and minoxidil too
