I have a few questions for those who have taken beta sitoserol. I have read it can cause organ damage is this true? And I also read it can cause vitamin deficiency can it cause like b6 deficiency? My other questions are...

1. How much was your dose or what is the recommended dose to help fight DHT?
2. How long were you on it?
3. Any side effects from the dose you took?
4. Can beta sitoserol cause kidney or artery damage if taken long term?
