Facts. When I first shaved my head I believed all that "some girls are attracted to bald guys" bs and then couldn't even find one. It's funny how it's always men or women who aren't into bald guys themselves promoting that lie.

No offense but your face was super dependent on having hair. Some very masculine looking men can do fine with it but they have to hit every mark: good masculine face, jaw, head shape, be tall, etc. Basically @doubleindemnity hit all those except the tall part. I guarantee you if he was 6 inches taller he'd be 100% fine.

For me, I tried the shave it route briefly. I got the following opinions from female family members:

1. Don't shave if you don't have to, just do a fade.
2. I look like a prisoner.
3. I look 50 years old, especially with a beard.
4. I should grow the hair and try to lock down a wife asap.
5. I should use treatment and if I get ED get on cialis.

Then there was the brutal truth my mom told me. I asked her if she would have dated my dad if she met him when he started losing hair. She said probably not.

I concluded my life was done if I was bald in my 40s or possibly 30s. So I take finasteride despite the risks.

One person even said the cure for baldness was probably 5 years away. I got a chuckle out of that one.
