I have been norwood 2 to 2.5 for 3 years now..

So I just turned 18 yesterday, I noticed my hairline was receding few days before my 15th birthday. Back then I noticed the hair seemed to be thinning and it was a norwood 2. Now 3 years later, it is still as thin as it was back then, but my hairline might have gotten worse? It's not norwood 2.5 but it seems a little worse than norwood 2? Exactly how much time do you guys think I have before it becomes norwood 3? I believe I am losing the hair since it looks really thin when wet after a shower, and the smaller I have it cut the worse it looks when wet.

No one can tell you how much time you have before NW3. If you want to prevent further lose you have to start some type of preventive treatment. I would avoid finasteride if you haven't finished puberty yet.
