I Have Been On dutasteride For 5 Months Or So. No Results. If I Switch Back To finasteride Will I Lose Hair?

Was on finasteride for 4 years. Lost my temple points last summer rapidly and decided to hop on dutasteride.

Looking back, I think it was a bigger mistake to go to dutasteride.

I have only continued to thin and am now seeing extensive thinning in the hairline.

Is it 'too late' to switch back? I'm worried about upregulation.
