There is this a doctor on Reddit named Dr. Powers who I found has a hair loss solution that includes latanoprost. It is severely under dosed compared with the dosage from positive clinical study, but I have had crazy results with Latisse to my brows/lashes at similar dosage, so I am still hopeful that it will be an efficacious dose for scalp hair as well. The formula is:

0.25% Finasteride
10% Minoxidil
0.005% Latanoprost
0.25% Azelaic Acid
0.025% Retin-a
0.1% Melatonin
0.5% Biotin
0.25% Tea Tree Oil

It’s available with a prescription at Empower pharmacy. 60 ml cost me 73 dollars with shipping, and I plan on using once daily. Not trying to shill here but I thought people here may be interested. The solution contains a lot of ingredients that have been mentioned here in the past, and it is all compounded by a legitimate pharmacy. There is also another company called CFSpharmacy who is selling a solution with 0.01% latanoprost, but it is around ~$100 for 60 ml.

1 study where they found “minimal” growth. I’m looking for latanoprost to at least thicken and darken my hair.
Might be enough to darken it but it won't thicken it. latanoprost is available for a lot less money in this concentration. This is almost $25 per milligram which is outrageous. I can get it for well under $1 per milligram.
