Well its official my pelvic pain ive been on and on about, making a new thread every 2 days to try and figure out what it is, is over... Hypertonic pelvic floor muscles... hahaha who the hell ever heard of such a thing. It causes pelvic pain, unexplained lower back pain , urinary symptoms and a whole lot more. Anxiety and stress play a big role, also it seems hormonal changes can sometimes spur it on. In my case i believe bc im on methadone my testosterone is low. Now im on finasteride also so dht is low\lower. This to low of male androgens may have caused it and not the finasteride itself. Im now taking .5 mg of Propecia Monday wed Friday and for now thats all my lil body can handle it seems. Thanks to everyone who tried to help and give me advice, it truly helped for real. One guy said he had this from finasteride on here so im not the only one but it doesn't seem very common. Also i ran this by my dr and they agree. I have a urologist appointment the 22nd for 100% comfirmation and hopefully a lil better treatment than, relaxation, deep breathing, heat packs, and a lil diazepam. Thats my own at home remedy lol im out! - Anthony

You've missed the obvious, stretching. Your pelvic floor is cramped up, you need to improve your range of motion

yeah good point man, i got a couple books on it a couple days ago, headache in the pelvis, pelvic pain explained, and healing pelvic pain i think. I just started really reading them and im about to do some of the exercises for the first time. You must be the other guy this happened to. I Couldn't remember your name. How are doing now?

Also i walk 2-3 miles a day as part of my exercise routine. Out in the very cold weather(i never miss a day) I wonder if the walking helps or hurts it. Especially in the winter cold
