I don't know if any of you have tried this service, but it looks like a version of what I'd hope rankmyphotos.com would be. You can upload a photo for either "business, social, or dating" context. I'm picking the dating context, where I limit it to only women aged 25-34 being able to vote for me. I'd prefer 27-35 but the age range is limited ... good enough. The women vote on whether I'm attractive, smart, and trustworthy ... I don't know if those are the three most important categories, but hey why not? You can get more votes by either paying money into the system or voting more yourself. They also seem to have a "weighting system", one of my pictures is ranked as 85% trustworthy with only one vote, even though the vote number is 1,2,3,4 ... I presume that high votes from picky people count for more.
In summary, it's better because:
- You pick who can vote for you by age and gender;
- You pick the context in which they vote;
- You can get more votes, more statistical significance, in a straightforward way;
- It seems more scientific;
I have uploaded some ~15 photos, including ~5 that are out-of-date to see if there's a difference.
