I bought this product 3 hours ago from a local Somersfield super market after having read many good comments from you in this site....

First I tried to use a little in my hair in the front line (in dry hair..). And I though that this product sucks!!!!!! It was very sticky and I could not comp my hair after using it...I have also a hair transplant and I dont want to behave bad to my hair..

But...after that....I made my hair very wet and tried the product again, using much more all over my hair...While the hair is wet you can comp them easily and that makes the putty to be applied better...When my hair became dry again..they were also much thicker...Actually the result was similar to the use of concealers like Toppik...but you need to have a decent amount of hair...Its the first time that my hair are dry without concealer, and they look quite thick..I am very happy with the results and I could wait to try my concealers after having used this putty...I think that I have used Garnier Fructis putty in the past and I would had the same good results if I knew how to use it....I will continue test the V05 for this week and if I will stay satisfied I will go to buy the rest 3 boxes from the store before somebody else take it...

I think these fibre putty products are very good for diffuse thinners like me in conjuction with Toppik-like products...BUT you have to comp your hair very carefull cause otherwise you will damage them....and second..they are not suitable for guys with severe diffuse and very little hair...

hope that helped you... :)

yeah I know that! I read all the reviews about got2b, which by the way is very diffucult for somebody to find it (you can take it only online..).
But if you read a post in this Forum that is about Garnier Fructis..you will also find many reviews about the V05 putty by guys who have tried it.

Anyway, my opinion is that all these putty products (whether is got2b, fish putty, V05 putty or Garnier putty) are similar with similar results. They are all heavy styling creams that make the hair thicker, provided that you have a decent amount of hair.
So...if I can find the V05 just 5 minutes away from my house with 3.5 pounds, why to order something else online???? I am happy with it !

I will place an order to take Dermatch and couvre, but I can find the putty in a common super market.....

I just tried to put a Toppik-like product in my hair, after having used the V05 PUTTY and have let my hair to dry.......the compination of the two products made my hair almost like the hair of this guy above...

:hairy:

try it....

I'm not sure about US drugstore brands but IMO most of the supermarket styling products flogged in the UK are nasty. That V05 stuff is greasy, imparts a terrible texture to the hair and has a strange chemical stench!

For my money the best products I've found are the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shaping cream (for shorter hair) and the Toni & Guy salon exclusive Label M soft wax (for longer styles).
