I just cant seem to get a handle on my shedding.

My dht and test are low. On Dutasteride, RU,Min, Topical finasteride, Oral castor oil, and a some supplements. And other stuff like mircro needling and LLLT. Yet I continue to shed. It just won't stop. What the f*** do I do?

4 year of finasteride, then jumped to Dutasteride 7 months ago, and added RU, Microneedling, and everything else.

I'm losing like 13-50 something hairs each shower. Every time I run my fingers through my hair when its dry, I get like 1-4 hairs, pretty much guaranteed.

Estrogen made my libido crash, and my boners got weak. I take turmeric, use keto, no propylene glycol. Also some other sups.

40-50 is quite high. But then again, shedding does not mean miniaturization and vice versa. I still think you are adding and removing too many things too quickly. Many stick with it for 3 months and see?

I think its up to you. But adding min or higher dose min may likely induce shedding. So dont expect lower shedding in a month or two. I feel like if you really want to see if youre shedding, just stick with what you are currently on. How are you feeling? Topical finasteride looks new here as well and you just dropped your estradiol. IMO you are switching way too quickly to see any results.
If any experts could chime in as well. Im pretty new to the scene.

Youre 26 though so a transplant is not out of the question. If you could wait out a few more years that would make you an even better candidate. I think you will be just fine.

Agreed. New compounds seem to be coming soon. Just gotta hold off for as long as possible. But within the decade we may have something that guarantees maintenance. Maintenance + transplant = cure in my book.

yup. same
