I Noticed This Spot On My Head About 3 Months Ago. What Is It?

Im not sure if i had it before because i never took a look at the back of my head. I looked it up and it seems to be AA but everyone that has AA has a bigger spot/gets worse while mine stayed like this.

What can it be?

Its AA only, as far as i can figure. AA patches can be of any shape and size(not particularly round & big in size).

I had quite a few which were oval, round, small and big.
