well I was writing a book in here and I removed it all since it was confusing .

here is the short version of it :
I am on finastride 1mg/day.

In first 2 week my semen amount drop very low but doctor told me it would rise to normal again , it did.
now its 7 month , I almost didn't masturbate for 50 days or so , I don't know why but probably because of the drug.

last night I decided to masturbate , well I did but the semen was not the same , the amount was REALLY larger than it used to be and it almost jumped to my face but that's not why I panic about it.

It was COMPLETELY colorless , and It was COMPLETELY watery , like there is not even 1 sperm in it , I know sperm is colorless but this was like water !
but before this time , semen was thick , and it was somehow white/gray.

I will wait a week and see what happens .
I will post back here.

Hello Saleh,

Watery Semen might be because of sexual inactivity which you've described! Body naturally get rid of old semen/sperms at night (wet dreams) after some time of inactivity, and its cycle would get longer if you masturbate too much :)

this probably isnt related to Finasteride, except the loss/decrease of libido which you did experience.

Hello my good fellow.
Short story version :
I visited urologist and he said I am fine and it was duo to inactivity of sexual behaviors for long time . he examined me I was fine. he said finastride wasn't the cause but he suggest I quit consuming it.

Long story version:
as I was worried about it , I asked my urologist for emergency visit today.
well I explained the whole thing for him , and he also examined me .

he said the same thing you just said , he was completely sure its something normal and it happens when your semen remain inside the body , he said my over all health is even better than last time I visited him and he was confident that finastride can't make permanent side effects and it's most obvious temporary effects is muscle size loss due to lack of evolved version of testosterone "di hydro testosterone" and it can remain Permanent if I don't exercise after I finish using Finastride .

He said that I am safe in my case and he do believe finastride can't make permanent side effects , but he also said playing with hormone is never good even if you are 100% sure its safe.
He said that you try to have hair to attract opposite gender but if you lose your interest in them even if you have 10 meter long hair , it doesn't do any good for you when you lose your interest in them , and he was right .

after he made me sure that there is no problem with my health , he explained the reason of male pattern hairloss , I already know that di hydro testosterone will attach to root of hair and somehow damage it , he said the same thing , he also said that hair which grow in behind and around the head is somehow immune to di hydro testosterone and in future I can implant some of those hairs in front of my head.

well I am happy that I am cool , yet I put all of those finastride in garbage can :)
I just realize even the shadow of risk is TOO much
Wish u health and best

There is risk involved with taking any prescription drug. If you are not willing to take any risk, then the best thing to do is not take it. You made a good decision. It is worth the risk at this point as far as I am concerned. Maybe one day my opinion will change, but for now I am willing to take the small risk to prevent becoming a slick 6.
