I RECOMMEND THIS HAIRLOSS REGIMEN

Hi Guys,
Please comment on my ideal regimen and on my notes below as follows.
Here are my recommendations:

There are 2 versions of the regimen. One if Propecia is included and the other, in case you decide to stop Propecia. I have listed, after the product, what role it plays in slowing down the MBP process. In some cases, I have also listed the word "OR". This means those 2 products are similar in effect and you can personally select which one you like.

This regimen is fairly conservative and does not include many newer, innovative products that many on other sites are testing but might be useless!

REGIMEN INCLUDING PROPECIA
Propecia (reduces production of DHT)
Minoxidil 5% (regrowth stimulant)
Fluridil OR spironolactone (blocks the receptors binding to DHT)
Nizoral Shampoo (reduces inflammation and MAYBE reduces DHT on scalp)

IMO Fluridil is better than spironolactone as spironolactone's "working period" is much shorter so ideally you need to apply it twice a day. For Fluridil once a day is enough.

REGIMEN WITHOUT PROPECIA
Minoxidil 5% (regrowth stimulant)
Revivogen replacing Propecia (reduces production of DHT)
Fluridil OR spironolactone (blocks the receptors binding to DHT)
Nizoral Shampoo (reduces inflammation and MAYBE reduces DHT on scalp)

Here are a few notes:
1) minoxidil only works for a certain period of time, with an average of 2-5 years. If your situation is not too bad, you should save it for later and use copper peptides as a growth stimulant first. Choose between the following: TRICOMIN, FOLLIGEN, PROXIPHEN-N

2) If you do decide to use minoxidil and have enough money, probably the 2 best brands are XANDROX and REMOX I. I like REMOX I because it has Retin-A in it which helps with the absorbtion of minoxidil. If it irritates your scalp, simply change back to normal minoxidil.

2)Use the NIZORAL shampoo twice/week. On normal days use Copper peptide shampoos such as from the products in 1) above.

3) Don't use many internal "supplements" as they will just waste your liver and kidneys. They have to work hard to eliminate the excess supplements that your system does not absorb.

OK, let me know if you have any comments. Don't ask where you get this and that. Just search them on the internet.

ive heard mentions of copper peptides before but dont know much about them. how exactly do they work as growth stimulants? anyone on this site use them? how highly, in terms of effectiveness, do the users on this site regard them?

also fluridil...never heard of it. is it a topical? is it regarded with the same effectiveness as spironolactone?

thanks

I know a lot of the guys are weary about the minoxidil tolerance and it losing effect in 2-5 years. But I always keep in mind that there are custom minoxidil solutions. I am currently on 5% minoxidil. Eventually I will take steps up in the minoxidil ladder. Maybe a 7% solution or 10% solution. Then there is always the xandrox 12.5% and finally the 15%. This should keep me going for sure well over a decade.
