I Shed 100+ Hairs Today But My Hair Loss Isn't Noticeable?

i put in some dry shampoo this morning as i was in a rush. and when i was rubbing it in i literally shed 100-200 hairs in a minute. my hair loss isn't noticeable, but is this reason for concern?

do we judge based off what is on our head or what falls out?

i turn 27 in less than 2 weeks if that matters at all.

You can't judge just by sheding,people usually shed 50~100 hair .Maybe someone shed more than 100 hair.It may cause stress and lossing weight etc.U can take pic if u want.

Thank you. If I rub my hair, a strand falls out every time. It's concerning.
