I think i(20M) am a diffuse thinner,plus my left temple density is almost ALL gone

I need you all to help me find out If this is classic male pattern baldness. My hairline and left temple have been receding since 2018, as Far as im concerned. I want to hop on finasteride,but i really fear the potential side effects. I suffer from insomnia and anxiety disorders,i am afraid It gets worse with the use of finasteride.

Also,do you think finasteride alone will regrow and thicken up my hairline or will i need minoxidil as well?
